This is a hands-on role where your contribution directly impacts the atmosphere, the team, and every guest who walks through the door. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of protein beverages, shakes, and specialty drinks using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform cashiering duties including cash handling and basic math calculations Assist with food preparation, food safety practices, and food handling to ensure quality and hygiene standards are maintained Maintain the cleanliness of the café area, including tables, counters, equipment, and food prep stations Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and smooth operations Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product levels Experience Previous barista experience or coffee industry background is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow their skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper serving techniques Experience in food service or retail environments demonstrating effective time management and multitasking abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us today to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through passion for coffee, food excellence, and outstanding service!
