Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, food items, and snacks with precision and care. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all food preparation and serving areas. Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods while maintaining quality. Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring the café remains organized. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment. Skills Proven experience as a Barista with strong coffee preparation skills. Previous cashiering experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety, food handling, and basic math for retail math and cash handling accuracy. Ability to perform food preparation tasks adhering to safety standards in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with serving in cafés or retail food environments, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
