Overview Join our vibrant café team as a Cafe Team Member and become the heartbeat of a welcoming, energetic environment where great coffee and exceptional service come together! In this role, you'll be the friendly face that greets customers, prepares delicious beverages, and ensures every guest has a memorable experience. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Handle credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and accuracy Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling and preparation procedures Assist in food preparation and serving snacks or light menu items as needed Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Qualifications Previous barista or coffee experience is highly preferred, along with familiarity with café operations Experience with POS systems is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate transaction processing Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays Join us to craft exceptional coffee experiences while building your career in a lively café atmosphere.
