Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing excellent service to ensure satisfaction Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas, adhering to all food handling regulations Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service without compromising quality Assist in food preparation tasks including basic food handling and serving to support overall café operations Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cashiering duties, and balance registers at shift end Experience Previous barista experience or background in coffee industry environments preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures in a café or food service setting Experience in serving or retail environments that require excellent communication and multitasking abilities Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering top-tier coffee experiences!
