Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent service and answering questions about menu items Handle cash, credit card payments, and cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and throughout the café Assist in food handling, food safety compliance, and basic food preparation tasks to ensure quality standards are met Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards Requirements Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently using excellent time management skills Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety procedures, food handling, and food preparation techniques Experience in serving beverages and food in a café or drive-thru environment is desirable Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating delightful coffee experiences!
