What You'll Do Welcome every guest with positive energy and genuine aloha Prepare coffee, refreshers, teas, cold foam drinks, and specialty beverages with consistency and care Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the café Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately Restock supplies and help keep daily operations running smoothly Work efficiently during busy rushes while maintaining quality and hospitality Help create a fun, upbeat atmosphere that customers want to return to What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented personality Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn drink recipes, food safety practices, and café operations Previous barista or food service experience is a plus, but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate supplies as needed Someone who brings positive energy and takes pride in their work Why Work With Us?
