Responsibilities :

taking orders and engaging with customers, ensuring they have a Perfect Day handling payments making real fruit ice cream, matcha, coffee and light cafe foods back of house operations and preparations maintaining cleanliness and sanitation opening or closing the cafe/truck The Perfect Fit is someone who : Works well in a team environment but can also self-manage and self-motivate Is fun and outgoing with a positive attitude Is available to work weekends and some weekdays Learns fast and can work quickly under pressure Is Trustworthy, Consistent and Dependable Has reliable transportation; able to work in Kailua and at other locations around Oahu Is interested in management/potentially managing a store as we grow. Hourly pay is based on experience, plus tips. Barista/ice cream/food service experience is a plus but not required. We look forward to meeting you!
