What You'll Do As a barista at Country Grounds, your role is simple: Create an experience people come back for Craft high-quality drinks with speed + consistency Deliver friendly, upbeat, and memorable customer service Work as a team to keep shifts smooth and efficient Stay organized and detail-oriented during busy rushes Keep the shop clean, stocked, and running strong Who We're Looking For You don't need barista experience, we'll train you.

But you do need the right mindset: Positive, coachable, and motivated Team player with strong communication Thrives in a fast-paced environment Takes pride in doing things right Reliable and shows up ready to work Bonus if you have experience in: Customer service Food & beverage Retail or hospitality Availability Must be available between 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM Weekend availability is required (our busiest + most fun shifts) Occasional holidays or extended hours as needed Requirements Food Handler's Card (by start date) Ability to stay on your feet for up to 8 hours Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move equipment as needed Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer tools Pay + Perks Average hourly earnings: $19/hour (including tips) Baristas average ~$10/hour in tips alone Medical insurance + dental/vision/massage/acupuncture after 1 year Annual raises Performance bonuses Free drink every shift Discounted drinks + merch Flexible scheduling Paid sick time + PTO Why Country Grounds?
