Barista

In anticipation of our new location opening later this year: We are looking for a fast, friendly, and energetic Barista to join our drive-thru team. You will craft premium coffee drinks and prepare delicious food items in a high-speed environment. Your main goal is to deliver exceptional customer service with speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities Drink Crafting:

Prepare espresso shots, specialty coffees, teas, and blended beverages to exact recipes.

Food Preparation:

Warm, assemble, and package breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and other menu items safely.

Order Management:

Take customer orders accurately through the drive-thru headset and point-of-sale (POS) system.

Speed & Accuracy:

Maintain fast drive-thru window times while ensuring order correctness.

Payment Handling:

Process cash and credit card transactions quickly and securely.

Cleanliness & Safety:

Clean espresso machines, sanitize food prep areas, and follow food safety regulations.

Restocking:

Keep milk, syrups, ice, and food ingredients fully stocked throughout the shift.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Previous barista, drive-thru, or fast-food experience is highly preferred but not required.

Speed:

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Multitasking:

Capability to take orders on a headset while prepping drinks or food.

Communication:

Clear verbal communication skills and a positive, welcoming attitude.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Availability:

Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
