Job Description

Aroma Coffee is looking for experienced, friendly, ambitious individuals with great people skills to join our team. Must have night and weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting customers, answering questions, entering orders Prepare drinks (grinding beans, brewing coffee/tea) Prepare food (sandwiches, soups, salads, baked goods) Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas Washing dishes and equipment Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality control
Job Qualifications:
Barista experience Exceptional customer service skills Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Regularly required to stand and walk. Regularly required to lift and/or move items up to 30 pounds. Regularly required to handle food and hot beverages. Good verbal and written communication skills
