Position Highlights Spencer Hospital is a rural hospital located in northwest Iowa employing over 500+ employees. Positions at Spencer Hospital are not affiliated with Avera; however, we collaborate to provide services to the communities we serve. Employment offers, if accepted, are exclusively with Spencer Hospital. Please note this position is hourly and does not receive tips.

Responsibilities:

Opening and closing procedures Point of sale system to include cash handling and employee charging Balance/close out money drawer after each shift Make and serve drinks and food to order Perform sanitation processes in work area and customer area Engage in caring and professional communication

Requirements:

Food industry and barista experience preferred Comfortable with point of sale systems including credit card and cash handling Customer service driven

Schedule:
