Position Overview:

Caffeina Specialty Coffee is seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Baristas to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, quality coffee, and creating a welcoming environment for every guest. As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional beverages, maintaining high operational standards, and contributing to a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages, coffee, and food items to company standards Provide friendly, attentive, and engaging customer service Learn and maintain knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, and menu offerings Accurately take orders and process cash and credit transactions Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and effectively Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Assist with inventory management, restocking, and daily prep tasks Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment Complete assigned opening, closing, and shift duties Be punctual and maintain consistent attendance
