Cafe Server/ Barista

Job Overview We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused café server/barista to join our team. In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for preparing high quality beverages and food items while creating welcoming and memorable experiences for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, smoothies, and other café drinks according to company standards. Prepare and serve food items while maintaining quality and presentation. Deliver friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace. Accurately process customer orders and payments. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines. Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and general café upkeep duties.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous café, restaurant, or barista experience is preferred but not required.

Someone who genuinely enjoys serving others, can stay calm under pressure, and helps create an inviting atmosphere where customers feel valued and excited to return. •Note that base pay rate starts at $9.50/hr + tips with raise opportunities after 90 day evaluation.

Pay:

$21.97 - $26.45 per hour
