We're looking for a reliable team member who enjoys connecting with people and contributing to a positive work environment. Barista experience is a plus, but not required. What matters most is your willingness to learn, communicate clearly, and support your teammates as we grow. What You'll Do:

Prepare and serve coffee, specialty drinks, and donut pairings with a smile. Engage with customers, take order and ensure they leave happy. Prepare and pack pre-orders for customers accurately. Keep our service area clean, organized, and ready for the next rush. Work as a team player, communicating clearly to keep everything flowing.

What You Bring:

A commitment to showing up on time and giving your best every day. Strong communication skills to collaborate with our tight-knit crew. A positive attitude and willingness to learn—we'll teach you how to craft the perfect cup! This is a part-time to full-time position working 4 days a week. Must be able to work Wednesday-Saturday from 5am as late as 12pm. Hiring for Opening Shift 18 years of age or older (Must be 18! Please do not apply if you are not 18+) Duties & responsibilities Ensure the donut display case is filled before opening with properly finished donuts Open the donut shop in a timely manner Keep overall cleanliness of donut shop in order Notify management of any low ingredients Carefully package donuts to fulfill donut orders
