Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and customer service, bringing enthusiasm and energy to every shift. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean environment, and providing exceptional service to our customers. We are seeking Weekend coverage both Saturdays and Sundays with Farmers markets occasionally Guaranteed Annual bonuses! Free drink on shift and great discounts on and off shift! Great tips! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items with precision and care Operate POS system efficiently for order processing Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders Maintain cleanliness of coffee shop, including drink preparation surfaces and equipment Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies Handle cash transactions accurately Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment Requirements Previous barista experience or strong coffee knowledge is preferred but not required Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively Product knowledge to promote drink menu items and enhance customer experience Basic math skills for accurate cash handling Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Join us in creating memorable experiences for our customers through exceptional coffee service!
