Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks according to established recipes and standards. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and dining spaces, adhering to food safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels effectively and assist in stock replenishment as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours while maintaining quality service. Stay informed about coffee trends and menu offerings to provide recommendations to customers. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is advantageous. Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and food handling practices is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
