We offer high-quality coffee alongside a selection of traditional bakery items and our signature mini croissants, bringing a unique concept inspired by European bakeries. We're looking for friendly, energetic baristas who enjoy working with customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll work with high-quality coffee equipment and a strong focus on consistency and product quality. What you'll do Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee, and other beverages with consistency and quality Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere Assist customers with bakery items (croissants, pastries), answer questions, and make recommendations Handle and serve bakery products (no baking required) Keep display cases clean, organized, and well-stocked Take orders and process transactions using POS system Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards What we're looking for Positive attitude and strong work ethic Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Availability for mornings, weekends, and flexible shifts Barista or food service experience is a plus, but not required What we offer Competitive hourly pay Paid training Flexible schedule Employee discount on bakery items and drinks Free coffee during shifts Opportunity to grow with a new concept Young, dynamic team and enjoy sharing our products and daily work on social media, so being comfortable in that environment is a plus
