Duties Prepare and serve a variety of smoothies, beverages, and light food items with precision and care Operate POS systems such as CloverPOS to process transactions efficiently Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and answer questions about menu options Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food handling and preparation areas Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring the café remains inviting Requirements Previous barista or food service experience preferred, especially in cafés or retail environments; not required Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Reliable team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced setting
