We are a family run coffee shop located in downtown Highland Park. Our mission is to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere where people can come together to enjoy a great cup of coffee, connect with others, and support local businesses. We believe in using only the freshest ingredients and take great care in crafting each and every drink to perfection. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in a coffee shop setting, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. A successful candidate will have barista experience, a passion for coffee, and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee drinks according to customer specifications. Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment. Greet customers and take orders. Ensure accuracy of orders. Maintain knowledge of coffee menu items and ingredients. Keep up with current trends in the coffee industry.
