You'll be the heartbeat of the shift, keeping the energy high, the team motivated, and the drinks on point. If you love boba, people, and a fast-paced fun environment, this one's for you. Responsibilities Open and/or close the shop and handle shift duties including cash management and daily checklists Craft high-quality boba drinks, milk teas, fruit teas, and specialty menu items — every time, no shortcuts Lead and hype up your team during the shift, delegating tasks and keeping the good vibes going Train and coach new team members on drink prep and customer service standards Handle customer questions and feedback with a warm, positive attitude Keep the shop clean, stocked, and running like clockwork Communicate inventory needs and any issues to management What We're Looking For 1+ year of boba, bubble tea, or café experience required; shift lead or supervisory experience is a plus Outgoing, fun personality with a team-first mindset Able to handle the rush without losing your cool Reliable and punctual — your team counts on you Strong communication skills Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain) Schedule Requirements Weekends are a must — this role requires weekend availability Shifts available after 3:00 PM — perfect for those with daytime commitments!
