Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic retail math to ensure correct transactions Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and customer spaces. Handle food handling responsibilities including food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques. Assist with food preparation and serving, ensuring quality standards are met at all times. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers without sacrificing quality or friendliness. Skills Proven experience as a Barista with strong coffee-making skills and familiarity with café operations. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations. Experience in the food industry or retail environment is highly desirable.
