  up to $17/hr (base pay is 15/hr + $2
• $4 per hour in tips)

Location:

2302 S Harlem Ave, North Riverside, IL 60546. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barista to join our team. Part time or full time. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient experience for our customers while ensuring the highest quality of our products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee and bubble tea drinks in accordance with company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety guidelines
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a helpful and professional manner
• Work effectively with other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Participate in sales and promotions to drive business growth and increase customer engagement
• Keep up-to-date with new products and promotions and make recommendations to customers
• Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications
• Must be able to work mornings/afternoons/evenings (open availabilities during the week as well as weekends).
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Familiarity with food handling and preparation practices
• Friendly and helpful demeanor
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Knowledge of the food industry and its trends
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
