Barista Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking passionate and dedicated Baristas and Supervisors to join our team.

• We are not looking for seasonal hires, but are looking for employees to work year-round.
• As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality coffee and food items. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail. In addition to the starting hourly pay, tips typically range from $8.00
• 11.00 per hour, and paychecks are paid out weekly. If you have a love for coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders.
• Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and handling procedures to ensure the highest quality of products.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
• Supervisors will also be responsible for running shifts, assigning stations & breaks, and cash handling. Supervisors may also be given certain ordering and inventory responsibilities. Experience
• Previous barista experience is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is beneficial.
• Cash handling/POS experience is also beneficial. Availability
• Weekends are necessary, and applicants who cannot work weekends will not be considered.

Mon-Fri:

6am-5pm and

Sat-Sun:
