Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, beverages, baked goods, and food items following food safety and quality standards. Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food preparation zones, seating areas, and equipment to ensure health standards are met. Manage food handling responsibilities such as food prep, serving, and ensuring proper food safety protocols are followed. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product levels to meet customer demand. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a positive experience for every guest. Follow all food industry regulations and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for both team members and customers. Experience Previous barista or coffee experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service. Experience in retail math or cash handling to accurately process transactions and manage sales data. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking across various duties within the café setting.
