Full Job Description Introduction:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly cafe assistant to join our team and provide excellent service to our guests. The assistant will be responsible for preparing and serving lattes, smoothies, prepare and package fresh snacks, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work area. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve lattes, smoothies and prepare fresh snacks Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and restocking supplies Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Communicate effectively with other team members, including servers and management Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures Assist with daily functions of the

Cafe Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a barista or in food service Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills
