About us Royal Tea Boba and Poké is a small business in Highland, IN serving boba tea and fruit drinks, rolled ice cream, and fresh poké bowls. We strive to be a fun and relaxed environment for friends to catch up or for families with young children to stop in and enjoy some delicious drinks and food.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take their orders
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, rolled ice cream, and poké bowls
• Operate drink-making and ice cream-making equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Availability to work in the morning to afternoon
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
