Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Prepare coffee, espresso, teas, and specialty drinks accurately Maintain speed during rush hours Keep workstation clean and stocked Follow recipes and portion control Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic way
Sampling Duties:
Prepare fresh sample drinks (small cups, high-quality) Offer samples proactively: "Free sample! Try our most popular drink!" Recommend items based on samples Keep samples cold/fresh and refill consistently Sales Associate /
Front Counter Main Focus:
Sales + customer interaction
Responsibilities:
Greet every customer immediately Take orders and handle POS system Upsell (extra shots, flavors, cold foam, combos) Maintain menu knowledge Keep front area clean and organized
Sampling Duties:
•Stand outside or near entrance offering samples Attract customers with energy and voice Direct customers to menu after sampling Convert tasters into buyers
Pay:
$9.00 - $13.00 per hour
