Job Description
Overview Velvet Roast is hiring friendly, reliable baristas for our brand new local coffee shop in Westfield. What you'll do Prepare espresso drinks, signature lattes, matcha, teas, and simple food items Support cafe counter, drive-thru, and guest service with warmth and speed Follow recipes, food-safety standards, and cleanliness expectations Restock, organize, and help keep the space guest-ready during rushes Work as part of a dependable team We're looking for Friendly, coachable individuals who enjoy serving customers Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new things Comfort working quickly and in a team environment Coffee or food-service experience is a plus, but not required Shift needs All shifts are needed, including opening, mid-day, afternoon, closing, and weekends. Base pay is $13/hr plus tips. Paid training provided.
