Barista

Being a barista is more than just making a great cup of coffee. It's about serving up smiles, showing heart, and delivering AMAZING customer experiences every single time. We're looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable team members to join our barista crew. We currently hiring for all shifts.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks Greet and connect with customers to create amazing experiences and start their day off right Take accurate orders and process payments quickly and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized workspace, keeping the store ready for the morning rush Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures Work as part of a fun, fast-paced team to deliver friendly and consistent service

Compensation Disclaimer:

The starting base pay for this position is $10.00 per hour . In addition to base pay, team members are eligible to receive tips. Actual earnings will vary based on hours worked, tip volume, and store location. Tips are not guaranteed and may fluctuate from pay period to pay period.
