Job Summary Bolt:

Bevs + Bites is a fast-paced, high-energy drink shop serving specialty coffee, energy drinks, and quick bites. We're looking for dependable, upbeat team members who thrive in a customer-focused environment and enjoy working with a team. As a Barista at Bolt, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality drinks, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, reliable, and enjoys a fast-moving work environment. Barista Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, energy drinks, and food items according to recipes and standards Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate customer service Maintain speed and quality during high-volume periods Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations Assist with opening and closing duties as needed Qualifications Previous barista or food service experience preferred (but not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn recipes and follow procedures Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Schedule Requirements Works a flexible schedule Works a minimum of 2-3 shifts per week Follows company procedures for communicating time-off requests Regularly works weekends and is available to work holidays, if necessary Why Join Bolt?
