In this dynamic role, you'll lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure smooth daily operations. Your passion for coffee, food safety, and customer satisfaction will shine through as you manage shifts with enthusiasm and precision. Duties Supervise daily café operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality product delivery Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive atmosphere Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, food items, and snacks with attention to detail and consistency Manage cash handling, POS transactions using Clover POS, and perform cashiering duties accurately Oversee food/drink safety practices, food/drink preparation, and proper food/drink handling procedures to meet health standards Assist in training new staff on food service protocols, POS systems, and customer engagement techniques Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness of the café environment Skills Proven experience as a Barista with strong coffee-making skills and knowledge of café operations Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover, Square or Toast POS for efficient sales processing Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales tracking Knowledge of food safety standards, food preparation techniques, and proper food handling procedures Leadership qualities to guide team members, manage shift responsibilities, and foster a collaborative environment Join us if you're passionate about working in a community focused culture, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and are eager to lead with energy!
