In this dynamic role, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure smooth food and beverage preparation, and motivate your team to deliver memorable experiences. Your passion for coffee, food safety, and customer satisfaction will drive our success while fostering a welcoming environment for both guests and team members. Responsibilities Lead your shift by coordinating team activities, ensuring efficient service and high-quality product delivery Oversee food and beverage preparation, maintaining consistency and adherence to safety standards Manage cash handling, POS transactions using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, and perform cashier duties accurately Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly Monitor food safety practices, proper food handling, and cleanliness to meet health regulations Support sales initiatives by promoting menu items and upselling where appropriate Assist in training new team members on food prep, POS systems, and customer service protocols Requirements Proven experience as a barista with strong knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and POS transactions Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and serving regulations Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating exceptional coffee experiences while developing your leadership skills in a fast-paced café environment!
