This is a fast-paced but enjoyable environment where you'll make ice cream & coffee items, help customers, and maintain overall cleanliness of the store. Employees receive tips in addition to hourly pay. Employees who work hard, have exceptional customer service, and function under a high standard of integrity and cleanliness will see an increase in base pay. This job would be the perfect fit for someone who is looking to build their resume, develop and be coached in the workforce, and serve the community! Job Duties Greet customers with an energetic, hospitable, welcoming attitude (Important!) Prepare and serve ice cream, coffee drinks, and other menu items Handle cash and operate the register accurately Maintain a clean and organized workspace (Attention to Detail is a MUST!) Restock supplies and assist with simple prep tasks Provide excellent customer service and help create a fun, upbeat atmosphere Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist teammates and communicate effectively Skills & Qualities We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality Strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and high level of cleanliness Reliability and time-management (Must be on time!) Willingness to learn, develop, and be coached throughout all phases of employment Ability to work well with others and stay positive during busy times Exceptional work ethic and stays busy with cleaning tasks when slow

Pay:

$10.00 - $12.00 per hour
