As an Associate, you will support day-to-day operations, ensuring customers receive the highest level of service. You will work with our team to maintain a clean environment, manage inventory, and assist with inquiries. Your contributions are critical to our success and growth across our locations and teams. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet customers, take orders, and process cash and card transactions accuratelyDeliver exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries professionally Prepare sandwiches, coffee, and other food and beverage items according to recipes and quality standards Operate food preparation and beverage equipment safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, equipment, and work areas Restock inventory, supplies, and merchandise as needed Follow all food safety, sanitation, and security procedures Support quality store operations and uphold product and service standards Foster teamwork and maintain a positive, professional appearance and attitude Complete required food preparation testing within designated timeframes Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

Ability to stand, bend, reach, and remain mobile throughout the assigned shift Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly Comfortable working in walk-in refrigerators and freezers with temperatures ranging from 40°F to -10°F Basic math skills Strong customer service and communication skills Food service and/or barista experience preferred Demonstrates adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Must be able to pass TSA background check to receive airport badge Must have reliable transportation
