We will provide our customers with high quality housemade chicken and biscuit options as well as high quality coffee drinks. The ideal candidate would preferably have food service/ barista experience but may consider candidates who do not. Excellent customer service as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a must. As a front of house employee, you will be responsible for Taking customer orders, making hot and iced drinks, expediting food, and maintaing a clean environement.

Responsibilities:

Cross train between POS, expo, and Barista Take customer orders Maintain clean restaurant Ensure that all safety protocols are followed. Have a positive attitude towards all aspects of the job Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation Be available to work a variety of hours and maintain flexibility in scheduling Be available to work during Rise and Brine's peak hours Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare high quality hot and cold beverages with efficiency and consistancy Always follow recipes and standards of Rise and Brine Be a good team player Maintains cleanliness in every area of the store at all times. Excellent customer service and interactions Accurately handle cash and reconciles change due to customers Expodite food and drinks to customers in a timely and accurate manor Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Previous restaraunt/ barista experience preferred Ability to enjoy learning, developing, growing and changing with Rise and Brine Ability to handle stress under pressure Ability to provide quality customer service Ability to learn and use technical equipment (e.g. espresso machine, coffee grinders, brewing equipment ) Ability to reconcile all cash and currency Willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment
