Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety practices Manage cash register operations, including cashiering, basic math calculations, and retail math accuracy Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring quality standards are consistently met Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for all guests Experience Previous barista experience or background in coffee service is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in fast-paced settings Knowledge of food industry standards related to food safety, food preparation, and serving techniques Basic math skills for cash handling, retail transactions, and sales calculations Experience in the food service or café environment is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
