Cashier/Barista

Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the register and café counter Accurately process transactions using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and credit card payments Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and light food items following food safety standards and recipes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation surfaces and serving stations Manage food handling responsibilities with attention to proper food safety protocols and sanitation procedures Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and monitoring product freshness Support team members during busy periods by efficiently managing serving duties and ensuring customer satisfaction Requirements Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is welcome Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast for efficient transactions Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales transactions Knowledge of food safety standards, food preparation, and proper food handling procedures Ability to stand for extended periods, walk comfortably around the café area, and lift light supplies as needed Experience in food service or retail environments is a plus but not required Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering quality products with outstanding service.
