All Good Cafe New Orleans in The Barnett Hotel is seeking a Barista with open availability to join our team. The Barista prepares high-quality coffee, beverages, and food items while providing warm, efficient, and friendly service. This role ensures cleanliness, accuracy, and consistency while maintaining a welcoming environment and supporting overall outlet operations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience Prior barista, café, or food service experience preferred. Hospitality or customer service experience a plus. Skills & Knowledge Knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso machines, and beverage recipes. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for long periods. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Knowledge of sanitation, safety, and food-handling procedures. Job Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages. Take guest orders, process payments, and handle cash/point-of-sale transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, barista station, and equipment. Restock ingredients, cups, utensils, pastries, and merchandise. Follow standard recipes and portion controls to ensure product consistency. Engage warmly with guests, answer questions, and offer recommendations. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supply needs. Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and company standards. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
