Barista Manager Responsibilities:

Lead trailer operations during events Support and guide 0-2 team members during shifts Maintain strong customer service and team energy Prepare drinks and assist with event setup/breakdown Help keep operations running smoothly when the owner is not onsite Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, lemonades, and specialty beverages Interact with customers in a fun, welcoming way Help set up and break down events Keep the trailer clean and organized Create a great experience for every customer

Schedule:

Part-time Weekend-heavy A few hours per shift/event Flexible scheduling based on events and bookings
