Key Responsibilities Craft Beverages :

Prepare high-quality bubble teas, smoothies, and specialty drinks.

Serve Guests :

Provide friendly, attentive, and outstanding customer service.

Maintain Cleanliness :

Keep workstations, equipment, and dining areas sanitized.

Prep Ingredients :

Assist with ingredient assembly and product packaging.

Manage Rushes :

Handle busy morning hours quickly and accurately.

Handle Cash :

Process customer orders and manage cash transactions confidently.

Qualifications & Experience Food Experience :

Prior fast-food or quick-service restaurant experience preferred. Café/

Retail Background :

Experience in cafés or grocery stores is highly desirable.

Math Skills :

Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling.

Food Safety :

Knowledge of sanitation procedures and proper food handling.

Time Management :

Ability to multitask efficiently with strong attention to detail.
