• We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Barista to join our team at Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod, where coffee is not just a beverage, but an experience. As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional coffee experience for our customers. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, following specified recipes and presentation standards.

Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices. Interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and ensuring customer satisfaction. Keep the café area clean, organized, and well-stocked, following health and safety guidelines. Assist with inventory management and notify the manager of stock shortages or equipment maintenance needs. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve customer service and café operations.

• Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred, but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings,weekends and holidays. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients.
