Duties Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks according to established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling Engage with customers warmly, taking orders, answering questions, and providing excellent service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety practices Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and retail math calculations Assist with food preparation tasks ensuring proper food safety protocols are followed Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Requirements Prior barista or food service experience is preferred, especially in cafés or retail environments Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable team player with good communication skills This role is perfect for energetic individuals who enjoy creating delightful beverages and engaging with diverse customers.
