Duties Prepare and blend smoothies, specialty drinks, and light food items with precision and flair. Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately using POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station, adhering to food safety standards and food handling protocols. Manage cash handling duties, including cashiering and basic math calculations for accurate change. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu options and recommending products based on customer preferences. Follow food preparation guidelines to ensure quality, safety, and consistency in every order. Experience Previous barista or food service experience is highly preferred, especially within cafés or retail food environments. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods while maintaining quality standards. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and serving techniques. Ability to perform retail math for cash handling and sales transactions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters repeat business. Basic understanding of the food industry standards related to food preparation, serving, and safety regulations.
