Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of smoothies, beverages, and light snacks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent service to enhance their café experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the smoothie bar area, adhering to food safety standards Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations for transactions Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to ensure quality and safety standards are met Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Qualifications Previous barista or food service experience preferred, especially within cafés or smoothie bars Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and enthusiastically Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Smoothie Barista and be part of a team that energizes every guest's day!
