Barista

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our family-owned coffee shop. Our goal is to create exceptional coffee experiences by delivering high-quality beverages and providing outstanding customer service in a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities and Duties Drink Preparation :

Prepare and personalize beverages to suit customer preferences, which may include adjusting espresso shots, adding flavors, and steaming milk to the correct consistency.

Customer Service :

Interact directly with customers, so a friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills are essential.

Cash Handling :

Operate cash registers efficiently, handle cash and card transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service.

Cleaning & Maintenance :

Keep the workstation clean and sanitary, maintain equipment regularly, and ensure the shop meets health and safety standards.

Inventory Management :

Assist with tracking and managing inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients. Restock supplies as needed.

Team Support :

Since we are a family-owned business, teamwork is at the heart of what we do. We expect our staff to support one another whenever possible.

Punctuality & Reliability :

Being on time is essential for smooth operations. We rely on our team members to open the store, set up, and serve our customers promptly.
