We have flexible start times and a minimum of 12 hours per week with an average Barista shift about 25 hours per week. The Barista role is the key role at Starbucks where you will go through a Barista training program and learn about the drink standard and how to make the perfect beverage for our customers, other aspects of the role are greeting, taking orders in the cafe, warming food items and supporting the business.
