Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly, attentive service Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transactions, cash handling, and sales processing Manage food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures Support front-of-house operations by maintaining cleanliness, organizing supplies, and ensuring the café's inviting appearance Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, including basic food handling and serving items to customers Handle cash register operations confidently, including cashiering duties and basic retail math for accurate transactions Requirements Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Knowledge of food safety protocols and food handling practices in a café or retail environment Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales reconciliation, and retail math calculations Experience in serving or food service roles demonstrating reliability and professionalism Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering top-notch coffee experiences while supporting seamless café operations.
