Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Engage with customers warmly, providing friendly service and answering questions about menu items Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by properly handling food, beverages, and utensils Manage food preparation tasks efficiently, including assembling sandwiches or snacks as needed Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems while managing retail math calculations Support food handling procedures to ensure safety regulations are consistently met Keep the café area tidy, organized, and inviting for guests at all times Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service roles with strong coffee-making skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth sales transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively without sacrificing quality Basic math proficiency for cash handling, retail math, and sales calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience in serving food and beverages in a café or retail setting is highly desirable Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for every guest.
