Job Description
Barista - Seasonal Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Cape to Cape Espresso Bar is looking for friendly, reliable, and passionate baristas to join our team in Wellfleet, Cape Cod. We offer both full-time and part-time seasonal positions from May through late October, with schedules based on experience and business needs. We're seeking individuals with prior barista experience or a solid foundation in coffee preparation, including an understanding of espresso extraction, brew ratios, and coffee brewing methods. What You'll Do Provide warm, attentive, and genuine hospitality to every guest Maintain a strong understanding of our beverage and food offerings Accurately read and prepare orders in a fast-paced environment Craft high-quality espresso beverages with consistency and care Guide customers through our menu and answer questions confidently Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift Support overall cleanliness and daily operations of the espresso bar Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth guest experience What We're Looking For A genuine passion for specialty coffee and beverage craftsmanship Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic A positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy service periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency Self-motivation and a willingness to take initiative Interest in continuing to learn and grow as a barista and hospitality professional Compensation $16-$20 per hour, plus pooled tips , based on experience, performance, and length of seasonal commitment. Availability Morning availability is highly preferred, along with flexibility for some afternoon and weekend shifts.
