JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for serving quality food and beverages to our guests in a friendly and helpful mannerin accordance with Parkhurst Culinary Gold standards, Hospitality Imperatives and service procedures under strict food safety conditions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS1.

Brew Barista coffee along with flavor of the day coffee.2. Make specialty drinks to order, following all Parkhurst recipes.3. Ad to all cash handling procedures.4. Merchandise area using Barista signage and other approved materials.5. Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.6. Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.7. Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.8. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

The pay rate for this position is $15.50 / hour with a one dollar increase after 90 days. ?Full-time benefits include up to 160 hours of PTO (Sick & Safe Leave included), up to 4 days of Rest & Relaxation time, 3 paid holidays, health/dental/vision/disability/life/FSA insurance eligibility after 60 days, 401k plan with match, EAP, free meal while working, access to national discounts/perks platform.
